I'm assuming you are looking for a private educational loan since you posted this under Financial Aid? If so, yes, there are many legitimate lenders out there. First, check with the financial aid office at your school. If they don't have any recommendations then do a search on Yahoo! for educational loan providers...you'll find a number of them listed.
