A Level Options For Medicine?

Question:I am about to confirm my A level options:
Biology, Chemistry, Early Modern History and Geography
I want to go down into medicine but I have picked both history and geo cos i know i can do well in them but more importantly it may keep my options open

Is this a good set up in terms of work load?

Answers:
You need bio and chem so stick with them. History is an essay subject so be prepared for that and geography has the most ridiculous amount of coursework. I think it should be okay though because history doesn;t have an extreme workload and bio and chem are not essay subjects. It's just when the coursework starts that you'll be snowed under but that happens with most subjects.
