Aristotle was a Greek Philospher and teacher during the third century BC. He was Alexander the Great's teacher and had been a student of Plato, another Greek Philospher. He wrote and expounded on poetry, theater, science, logic, politics, rhetoric, ethnics, government and metaphysics. He was one of three great philosophers-Socrates, Plato, Aristotle- that help to develope the the beginnings or foundation of Euro-centric (Western) philosophy.
