5 year outdated nutrition?

My 5 year old son is currently in his father's care and during our nightly touchtone phone call, my son revealed that he only ate eggs for dinner. Is this good or desperate?
Answers:
I can understand your concern. I have a 7 year old and a 4 year ripened, so I know how it can be to have a busy day and trying to make sure the kids catch something in their belly before bed and making sure they get to bed prompt. I make sure my kids have supper every night (a meat, vegetable, and a pasta or potato), but I will not lounge, there has been night where I've just made them a sandwich or asked them what they wanted that be real fast to make. I do antipathy them days, but it's hard being a parent at times. Don't get me wrong though, I would markedly be feeling the same way if I be you. I can tell you wonder what's going on when he's at his dad's and again I would totally feel the same mode! Hopefully it's not every night that he's having just eggs! I preference you and your son the best of love and peace. Hopefully everything goes well! Source(s): Stay at home mom of a 7 year old and a 4 year antediluvian. I also babysit a 8 year old.
