Its simple....Instead of doing wrong to someone better suffer it...and don't cheat someone....instead get cheated..then u will feel the taste and u will never thought to do so to other.
It is better to suffer wrong than to do it, is not doing wrong. at least you tried. sometimes cheated is to be cheat out of something you did at least you did it.
The second "it" here is referred to cheating, particularly in exam. so, "It is better to suffer wrong than to do it" --> u better answer the question wrong rather than cheating... "and happier to be sometimes cheated than not to" --> let other people do the cheating as long as it is not you who do it. in a nutshell, do not cheat in exam! because it is a very dishonest manner, not only for you yourself, but also to your friends and teachers.
