"at all" contained by interrogative question?

Can I use "at all" in interrogative questions, like this: "wanna audition at all?" meaning "do you really want to test?"
Answers:
Saying "at all" doesn't plan the same thing as "do you really want to"

You can use the words "at all" but it would mean something approaching "do you ever want to"
