Required diploma to become a ocean animal trainer?GIVING BEST ANSWER!?

I REALLY want a job working with Marine animals. So can anyone tell me what are the required recommendation to become a marine animal trainer ?i am a mba graduate i love to do this job?What school could i run to that ISNT a university? Were could i work? (Ex Seaworld,marine wildlife sanctuary) Pretty much give me all the info i obligation to work with Marine Animals. No links about becoming a marine biologist....

You would probably be looking into at tiniest a bachelors in animal behavior or animal phychology, but bigger is better! Lots of people want that job, it take a lot of work, unless you like minimum wage.
