A certain Capt. Hanson Gregory is credited with a curious invention:?

Question:It has neither weight nor density; it can be seen but not felt - What is it??*

Answers:
The donut hole.
I think he's the guy that invented the donut hole.
A doughnut isn't cooked long enough to allow the center to fully cook without burning the outside. But by placing a hole in the dough, the entire thing is cooked perfectly. For years, it is believed that Capt. Hanson Crockett Gregory was the first person to do this (although much doubt also exists, and no one has proven it.) Certainly Captain Gregory claimed to have invented it.
In Camden, Maine, there is a 27 1/2 foot marble statue dedicated to a certain captain named Hanson Gregory. Gregory's claim to fame? He invented the hole in the donut.
