There really isn't such a thing as "the longest sentence" of this sort, because you can always add more words. It may be an awkward run-on, but it will still be a sentence.

Also, note that the existence of a two-letter word like 'OR" makes it simple to keep going.

Here is my example of such a sentence (about 125 words), which could easily be extended:

"So, if he is on my ox [in Oz],
or if I'm on my ox, or if Al is on my ox,
or if Bo is on my ox, or if Ed is on my ox,
or if Em is on my ox, or if Hi is on my ox,
or if Jo is on my ox, or if Mo is on my ox,
or if Ty is on my ox, or if Vi is on my ox,
or if my ai is on my ox, or if my ex is on my ox,
or if my ma is on my ox, or if my pa is on my ox,
or if an ex of my pa is on my ox,
it is up to my ox, as he is an ox, to be up to it."

Suggestion: if you want to limit this somewhat, you could add some qualifications, such as "no proper nouns" or "no repeated words". (The latter would REALLY limit things.)
