Aid for past semester?

Question:I took classes as a part-time student to get into the college of my choice. I wasnt eligible for aid, as a part-time student. I've been accepted, but i need to pay a couple of thousand from the previous semester b4 i can register. will FA aid be able to provide me with a loan for the past spring semester. its about $9000
