Any scholarship for me???

Question:hi, i am a student from singapore polytechnic(diploma in civil and structural engineering). I am a malaysian and i would like to know is there any company tat is willin to provide scholarship with bonding in singapore.I am an average student and my family suituation is forcing me to work. But its very tiring.
