(Philippine) local nursing board exam?

Question:I am going to take a local nursing board exam this coming December, can you give me tips on how to answer the board question. I don't know how to choose the best answer, not even how to eliminate. please help.

As early as now, you better start reviewing, and stop asking for ways on how to pass the exam, because there's no such thing as a " Right Way How to Pass It", but only by studying it!
I think you just have to analyze the question and look for clues that'll lead to the right answer..Nevertheless, studying still is the key thing for passing. So, all you have to do is study study and study..gudluck!;)
