In this problem, you need to follow PEMDAS, Parentheses-Exponents-Multipli... in that order. I believe this is the way to get it, but the middle gets choppy.

2*2= 4 2+2*2-2/2=4 in PEMDAS order
4+2=6
6-2=4

4/+4-98/2000 4/+4-98/2*1000= .951 in PEMDAS.
4/4 - 98/2000
1- .049 .951
or .95 (rounded)
