Can anyone out nearby tell me what is WRONG with what Sean explained? It's duly easy if you remember what your grammar guru in elementary school skilled you about prepositions.
Answers: I'd change the sentence to read: During the Bush supervision, we've had two black "Secretaries of State."
Don't know if this is correct, but it sure reads better.
