Is going to university at 22 a prudent impression even if you are unsure something like the subject?

I am 22 years old and about to leave my full time work as a receptionist to embark on a 3 year degree in Journalism and Social Science at City University, London. I am really worried and scared going on for the fact that I could be making the wrong decision but at the same time am not sure on what else to do. I don’t delight in my current job and have always looked-for to get a degree, and also need a amount as I would like to immigrate to Australia eventually through a sponsored scheme, but at the same time I lately can’t seem to pick a career that I am 1000% interested in, even journalism. My previous erudite background covers performing arts, and although my dream is to pursue a career in acting I surface that the most sensible option is to try and do this whilst building a stable career aswell, after all, no business what I’m doing I’ll have to pay the bills. I’m just worrying that contained by 3 years time I’ll be 25 and could have possibly wasted 3 years, when I could have worked my method up and be on a fairly decent salary, instead of racking up lb32,000 of debt (which is what I’ll have) and still starting on a low take-home pay similar to what I’m on now. I’m also really scared of failing and worry that a point in Journalism won't actually be worth anything once I graduate … Any advice?

I would suggest anybody to go to college. It's an irreplaceable experience. It's worth it. Even if you didn't graduate for some reason, it's worth it.

Why does it bug you that you are 22? People walk to college and university at any age. Trust me, 3 years is a blink of an eye. One day, when you're on your death bed you're not going to say "Boy, I desire spent more time at work."

Journalism is not a bad paddock and moreover u say that u have a dream of being a professional player so why not to start with journalism ??
in this way u r gonna hold wider interaction with the society and offcourse, the chances of dream coming true are gonna be more wider.
