A request for information going on for home schooling?

I have a question do I have breaks if I steal online classes? Breaks like Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc. Do I have them or no? Who decides when the breaks start, I or the website? I am going to use the Cambridge Academy.

The Cambridge Academy has rolling enrollment of 365 days of the year. There is no set instigation to the school year. Students will have 365 days from the date of enrollment to complete their assignments. ~

It certainly sounds close to you can schedule your own breaks as long as you finish the course within a year..
