Excel: multi colum count?

Question:Dear friends,
I want know how can count in multi colum
eg:

4--- JOSEPH---------- INDIAN------------ MALE

I want CALCULATE
count of indian male=
count of indian femal =
count of sudani male=
count of sudani female=
Total Indian =
Total Sudani =

... how can make formula?




Answers:
The Total Indians and Total Sudanis is easy:
=COUNTIF($B$2:$B$n,"INDIAN") and
=COUNTIF($B$2:$B$n,"SUDAN")

The male and female nationality is complicated.
You need to use the Conditional Sum Wizard, which is an Excel add-in. You need the installation cd to install it. To load it, go to Tools-->Addins and put a check in the box next to Conditional Sum Wizard. This will load the addin (after installing, if you need to).
Once loaded, you'll see the Conditional Sum Wizard on the Tools menu, or under Wizards on the Tools menu.

Start the Conditional Sum Wizard. First it wants the range of values, which will be $B$1:$C$n
Then you add the conditions.
Column Nation = INDIAN
Column Sex = M
Choose "just copy formula"
Then you choose a cell for your answer and click Finish.

Do this for each pair of conditions.
