"One may smile and smile and be a villain" and "Our thoughts are ours, their ends none of our own" plz explain

Question:I have to make a note of the above proverbs and would be highly thankful to your cooperation.

Answers:
A smile cannot change the caliber of person we are, so even the evil smile.

Just because others have evil plans, they do nothing to end your thought, which will live on
Evil can camoflague it's self with a smile, but it is still evil at it's core. or You can't judge a book by it's cover.

And for the second, when thoughts are exposed to the world in words and action, control is lost over the outcome.

I love Shakespear, you really have to pay attention! But it's always worth it!
What someone shows you on the outside may very well not be their true person. You can smile all day long but be falling apart on the inside. What is inside ones head belongs only to you no one can enter into your thoughts with out you leting them in.
The first one means that even if people look happy and good, they can be evil. That people who are beside you when you are ok and smile with you, doesn't mean that they will be beside you when you are sad or in trouble. Something like, don't judge the book by it's cover.
And the second means that even if you want to do something, there are things along the way that will alert that decision. Other people mainly, but also change of circumstances or simply if you are unable to do the things you thought of doing first.
