too answer such a question, even for someone in the trade, without looking it up, and then, no doubt it would be a long answer. Your question to me is somewhat abrupt in the 'state the diff' remark. I suggest you look it up yourself and state the diff to yourself. I do have law books including what you seek, but for someone with your attitude, sod you. Have you ever heard of the word 'please'. Who in Gods name do you think you are.
